"Merit, deserve their love" ~ Amorem eorum merere.

"Merere" (from mereor) may be substituted by "mere" (from mereo) , though the first version is more common.

To express "Be worthy of their love" ~ Dignus amore eorum es.
Dignus + ablative case in Latin.
The suggested forms may be varied according to the gender of the people involved or the number. The examples are based on a man worthy of the love of men.

"Mere eorum amorem !" it's the literal translation if "deserve" is meant as the imperative tense, as a command to a single person. If addressed to more people it's then
"Merete eorum amorem !".
