can u find a software which can set proxy in all lan computers forcely? there are few software but i m not able to find it. just give me a name i can buy it. ir try it.

This would help with a Microsoft based network (for other operating systems (UNIX/Linux) on the network, you should be able to remotely administer them and lock down permissions on the appropriate files)...
Use your Group Policy Editor and configure the proxy settings at the domain level. Take a look at the:
User Configuration->Windows Settings->Internet Explorer Maintenance->Connection->Proxy Settings and Automatica Browser Configuration entries.
You should also be able to lock down the permissions so that users can't change the Internet Explorer settings.
