I contacted Microsoft about this company and they told me it's a big scam ..if you go to microsoft web page there is a place that lists all the frauds and scams working today and if you don't see the one you are looking for then you can report it..and they will be procecuted..microsoft is doing it's best to put a stop to these scam artists and we have to do our part to help as much as we can by reporting these sites to microsoft.

No. Its a scam. They usually end up wanting you to send in some money to claim your 'substantial' prize, and that the last you see of your cash. Just bin it.
