I have been getting these pimples on my chest that i can't get rid of. They are pimples but i would describe them as the size of a blister (sometimes bigger) and they form like a big bump. when i squeeze them they get all red and form a scab. it is not very attractive. i have been washing my chest everyday with face wash but havent noticed any improvements. is there a stronger type of wash that i can use? any suggestions of what to do? i would love it if i could find a face wash that just clears it all away. i'm 19 and have never had a problem with pimples before (none on my face) but the last two months i've had these chest pimples and it sucks.

Well, it does sound like acne, for real...and it can be plugged up oil glands also...or ingrown hairs. The best thing to do, is go to a doctor and let him lance them if he has too...I don't know of any face wash that would remove them, but you might try some Retin-A and that is great for acne..

Go buy a lufa mit, and nutragena acne body wash
do it every day for a week, take vitamin a, and e by mouth
and see if it helps - do not pick them -
if after a week things aren't improved see your MD for his advice/medicine.
