i am not pregnant and i am not positive for hiv or aids. i did feel sick to my stomach the first couple of days and i also had stomache cramps and major heartburn. at sometimes during the past two weeks it was explosive but other times it was as normal but was still watery. its like im peeing from the wrong place. can anyone help me!!!

Why haven't you seen a doctor? Ongoing diarrhea can cause dehydration. People here can offer suggestions, but cannot tell you what's causing this. Time to see a doctor.

That sounds like an intestinal parasite to me. Go to the hospital ASAP.

Go to a doctor immediately. You could have food poisioning or even the e coli that we read about. Two weeks is dangerous. you could dehydrate and die.
