It would be good if I had dark circles below my eyes at least I could get rid of them :(
I don't know what could be the cause -I get enough sleep, I eat fruit and vegetables, I drink enough water, I am phisically active but still feel unrested when I wake up in the morning, my head hurts (not much but still) almost every day (or very often I would say - ) and the ˝biggest˝ problem is that on the inner corner of my eyes (above the nose - not in the middle) I don't really know how to describe where, I hope someone will figure out form this) - anyway It's not dark circles (black as they usually are - and not below the eyes, as I said) but blue, almost dark sky blue....and I don't know what to do anymore - I just cover it up wit liquid powder, but that you can see, and if it stays on too long it's not very sightly, and I can't even wash my face when somewhere...the gym or sth...anyway if someone has the same problem or knows how to get rid of this I would be very grateful
tnx a lot ;)

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

Although allergies could be the reason at this time of the year (sinus) I would also suggest you could be low on iron.
Add a multi vitamin to your diet + iron.
Rest (8 = hours)
water to flush our your system

I use an eye cream by Arbonne it has licorice and mulberry extract - and helps a lot they also make a concealer to help and cover up at the same time.

Many times, dark circles, especially in the morning, are caused by allergies or nasal congestion. Since you also have headaches, it looks like allergies are probably the cause. Morning headaches are usually caused by build-up of mucus from allergies. You can try taking something like Claritin-D (which is an antihistamine and decongestant), and Muxinex (an expectorant that thins mucus and helps it drain).
