In order to make your breasts smaller you can do curl ups on a bar or boy push ups. Any exercise that will work your front chest will help reduce the size of your breast.

I've lost an inch off my chest. I'm currently doing Beachbody's P90X - Lean. I do cardio 3 times a week, weights twice a week and then one day each of yoga and stretch. That seems to work for me.

sounds like you want to have more than the normal 2 breasts. there isn't anything you can do besides surgery to add to your breasts. if you do exercises, like pushups that build the muscle under your breasts, they will look bigger somewhat.

Breasts are mostly fat. When you exercise you are only exercising the muscle under your breast. Cardio and low fat diet are your best options.

Losing weight will usually alter your back size (36,34, 32, etc) and your cup size (D, C, B, etc).
But if you are not overweight, there is no exercise that will alter your natural size.
