Although, this remedy may cause you to use the washroom a little more then usual. The "Soup Diet" , make homade vegtable soup. Make it like any other soup eg: Water, bullion cubes. Use chunks of each variety of vegtable(vitamin/minneral purpose) eat that only for 8 days. you will keep your sterenghth during the eight days..........enough to drop the lbs.

I went one week with just eating fruits and vegetables and drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I ate as much fruits and veggies as I wanted except for 2 hours before I went to bed. I lost 7 pounds in that week. Hope that helps!

Eat less, exercise more.

To lose 10 pound you have to eat 35,000 calories less than you burn per day.

Let's assume you burn 2500 calories a day normally. In 10 days you burn 25,000 calories. So you need to exercise. If you exercise for about 2 hours a day and burn 1,000 calories a day, then you get to 35,000 total calorie burn in a week.

But you have to eat, so.... let's say you're going to eat only 1,000 calories per day. .....

That would get you to lose about 7 pounds in those 10 days.

In short, you are going to have to work out like a mad-woman every day for those 10 days, and eat like a bird (carefully controlling calories).

So, get to the gym and go nuts on the cardio. Burn at least 1,000 calories a day there, preferably more. And eat 5 tiny tiny meals per day of 200 calories each.

It's unhealthy though.

Easy....just watch your carb intake. Eat lean meats and Veggies. No junk food nor fast food. Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes.

Don't eat any processed or junk food. Drink plenty of water - this will curtail your appetite and eat small, lean meals. Don't starve yourself!!!! Also, try to jog at least 3 days per week.

probably if you cut out bread or sodas or something you can lost that much. drink slimfast or something for one meal a day. drink lots of water and walk every day or get some kind of exercise for 30 minutes each day.
