No.
People think they do. They misinterpret a lot of what goes on in the Catholic Church (ie idoltry) but its just something that has to be learned about instead of judged. Now I don't agree with a lot of the Catholic Chruches doctrine such as birth control and such, but I don't agree with a lot of Christian doctrine in general. Still Catholism is a wonderfully dramtic and beautiful faith seemed in tradition.

I have been searching for fifty + years and cannot find anything. There are thousands of things that critics and those that hate Christ's Church will claim but none of those things hold up to close scrutiny. That is at least one of the reasons I converted to Catholicism after being a protestant minister for twenty-five years and a Protestant for fifty years. One should not be surprised as the Bible states the Church to be the "bulwark and ground of the truth".

I would not use the phrase "against the Bible" or "directly conflicts with the Bible" because much of what we think, feel and believe depends on the 'angle of vision'--or your perspective.
No, not that you shouldn't make a judgement, but that you should understand why and how you make the jugement.
Also, I would tend to not categorize or associate any particular practice with any particular religious sect, as just ALL of them have some (what might be viewed as) pretty strange ideas and practices.
For instance, if one believes that during the sacrament and/or eucharist that the 'emblem' of 'symbol' that is being given to the members actually turns into and/or is commuted into the body of Christ, then it could be said that mathematically the accumulative and/or aggregate actual body of Christ would be several hundred times greater than that of a whale.
Also, if could be interpreted that if the symbols of the sacrament actually turn into the body of Christ, then one could possibly be engaging in cannibalism?

Though it's debated, some say Catholicism uses graven images to worship God. The Second Commandment says "you shall not make unto me any graven image." Catholicism uses statues, saints, and rosary beads to worship and pray to God.
Special note: This is a claim that I've heard. Don't accuse me of Catholic intolerance.

Why single out the Catholics? Most religions that profess to be Christian believe:
in the trinity. However, there is no Scripture that says that God is composed of 3 co-equal, co-eternal persons that are all called God, but are not really 3 gods, but one God.
that taking up the world -wide preaching and disciple-making work that Jesus gave his disciples to do is either unnecessay or optional at best. (Matt. 28.19, 20)
participate in wars, even though Jesus taught a message of love. Matt. 5:44; John 13:34, 35)
it is acceptable to call their leaders by titles like "father" even though Jesus said not to do that. (Matt. 23:9)
The Catholics are not the only guilty ones. MOST if not ALL churches are equally guilty.

Nothing.
But many bash the Catholic Faith that do not understand it.
It is said that there are very few people who hate the Catholic Faith but Millions that hate what they think the Catholic Faith is.
I know we will see all of the standard mis-conceptions on this question, I assure you I have seen them all, and at one time (I used to be Protestant myself) even thought some to be true. I have asked about them all and am very secure that my Catholic Faith does nothing against the Bible.
Peace and God Bless!
