It can depend on the context of the dream, but often times being bitten by a snake can signify hidden fears or worries. There may be something in your life that is about to happen that you are not yet aware of that your subconscious mind is trying to warn you about.
Also, a snake can represent a back-stabbing, calloused person. There may be someone in your life your dream is trying to warn you about or that you feel threatened by.
Overall, snake bites symbolize some sort of a warning or threat.

Religious science correlate the events of the dreams to the events of the life of the person who had dreams and they are warnings as well as good news depending upon the moral virtues and status of the person dreaming it.
With the Knowledge I possess, the snakes correlate to enemies and if you are bitten. It means sooner or later you might be hurt by your enemies.
Do not be scared. God is the Most Beneficent and the Most Merciful. Submit yourself to Him and ask pardon for all your sins and wrongdoing of the past and present. Look at your recent actions, which might have hurt someone and if it is, then try to react and nullify its consequences. If not just do not worry even with no fault of yours someone might be trying to hurt you for so many other reasons.
God willing you will be saved from any harm coming on the way.Continue approaching God and submitting yourself to Him.
God shall Bless You.

Snake in many ways represent fear. In your case, it could mean you have some sort of fear in your life and being bitten shows that you accept consequence or failure of the event you have been.
Subconsciously you showed that in dream. Whatever it is, you should know better

According to the activation-synthesis theory of dreams, the dream probably has no meaning at all. (Sorry, that may not be what you wanted to hear.)
Although dreams are influenced by our thoughts throughout the course of the day, this does not mean they are special messages to us that we should carefully consider.
Here's one perspective:
"Activation Synthesis Theory is a neurobiological theory of dreams, put forward by James Allan Hobson and Robert McCarley in 1977, which states that dreams are a random event caused by firing of neurons in the brain. This random firing sends signals to the body's motor systems, but because of a paralysis that occurs during REM sleep, the brain is faced with a paradox. It synthesizes a narrative by drawing on memory systems in an attempt to make sense of what it has experienced."
