water has no calories and no fat, so no you are not getting fatter. water helps everything move along and digest better. water helps you lose weight and maintain weight by filling you up and making you feel less hungry, and by flushing out your digestive system. if you rarely drink water you could gain weight from dehydration and drinking other drinks with calories and fat. you are only feeling bloated because you added water weight to your stomach which makes it expand. this is only temporary, once it goes through your digestive system you'll pee it all out. water helps you, not hurt you.

Do u drink eat while u eat? if u do- that's a bad idea. Only drink it 5 minutes before or after u eat.
