And your sources are....?????
BTW, you probably aren't aware that by community guidelines, but a question is posed for the purpose of actually learning something. It is a violation to post a "question" that just expresses an opinion.

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.get2itnow.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Nothing in excess is good for you. Marathons obviously aren't good if you do them every day all day long. Just like if all you ever eat are salads, that isn't good either. There has to be moderation and balance.

Only in certain people predisposed to such things. Don't believe every fitness fad you hear about and immediately jump on the bandwagon. Think for yourself.

It is true what you say BUT Marathons are NEVER, NEVER NEVER NEVER GOOD
They damage the heart muscle. This TYPE of excercise DOES NOT INCREASE THE HEART'S HORSEPOWER
Marathoners have elevated rates of CHD and OTHER heart diseases compared to other athletes
