The illegal immigrants took to the streets the other day to demand { not ask } for amnesty . They want citizenship , but they don't want to earn it . Let me explain - There are some proposals that have been agreed upon it seems universally.

1. Pay a fine . A fair fine would be one equal to the same amount that they are going to use in social services , for their entire life span . The estimates are near 1.2 million . If they had that much money , they wouldn't be coming here .

2. Pass a background check . If I'm not mistaken , by them being here they are committing a crime . That disqualifies them automatically . If they have be here for anything more than one day , that is conspiracy to further an ongoing criminal act . All this happening across state lines and international boundaries, a RICO violation. Felonies . They survive with some form of documentation , which is fraud or ID theft .

3. Read , Write , and Speak English . Not going to happen . They are already demanding that official documents be bilingual . Next are street signs . But which language do we go to . Signs in 62 languages ? I don't think so .

4. Pay back taxes . How do we verify the amount of back taxes they owe . They're here illegally and hidden for years ! How many and at what wage to tax at ? We've already established that they lie , cheat , steal , and are untrustworthy .

5. Loyalty Oath - They don't respect this country enough to obey our laws , how can we expect them to be loyal to the U.S. to become a citizen ? You have to be faithful to this country , they can't be when they won't renounce their flags , yet they burn ours publicly . They also send our money overseas for non citizens .

Every step towards citizenship , they stumble and our politicians know that there is no acceptable path because they fail every test .

No this is not a rant and not meant to sound offensive as this is merely an observation - Do you agree with it ?

1.) A fair fine is one that they can afford and which is necessary to process their cases..

2.) Since it is about amnesty, past immigration violations will not count because thats what's meant by "Amnesty" we are pardoning them for crossing the border .. the thing is to pardon only those who work justly without endangering the lives of of others.. fraud or ID theft is one advantage of amnesty.. it will effectively put a stop to these vices..

3.) I suggest an english test that will measure their english proficiency before they are allowed citizenship.

4.) With legitimate social security cards, they will be able to pay taxes.. amnesty is not about going back to their past but considering their future.. their lack of proper documents is the primary reason they cheat, steal and are considered untrustworthy..

5.) only those who obey the laws would be pardoned.. if you are going to give them amnesty, you cannot judge them by the immigration rules they broke.. it is not logical.. the fact that it is amnesty means to pardon those violations..
they send money overseas to their families.. how much money leaves USA by other means such as charities, wars and others.. they wouldn't want to work here if it was not to support their family members

Amnesty is not about qualifications, it is admitting they aren't qualified but pardon them anyway...

These are questions that I hope you have e-mailed to every senator, every congressman and every elected official in your town. Add to that: 1. How can you justify the baby fraud that is rampant in the illegal immigration population? When they come here illegally, they have babies that are now citizens and are on the public dole. That is having babies to commit fraud and is child abuse (willful and wanton knowing that there is a possibility that the parents can be deported, using the child as a pawn to continue their lawbreaking ways, organized crime, etc.) 2. Law-abiding citizens bring their children up to obey the laws of the land. Illegal immigrants bring their children up to "become revolutionaries" through groups like La Raza, MeCHA, LULAC and they teach them how to circumvent the laws. That's contributing to the delinquency of minors. How can our government justify allowing this to go on? 3. The Government is funding these organizations without any real oversight and without any real audits of how the money is used. If that was an American Organization, the heads would be rolling all over the place. How can we justify this unequal treatment under the law?
4. Sanctuary Cities are havens for terrorists and harboring fugitives. How can the Federal Government justify giving the tax dollars from law-abiding citizens to these law-breaking organized crime centers? Why isn't the Federal Government coming into these cities and seizing the assets and blockading them to and documenting all the people who live there and work there? Once they are rounded up and under control, maybe we can think about a different way of handling our immigration problems. However, without enforcement, there is no law and order and we will soon have no country.

I urge all of you to forward these posts to your senators and congressmen and to ICE and law-enforcement or in lieu of that , write your own letters and fax, e-mail, or mail or phone them and let them know where you stand.

Illegals always had it good. Amnesty after amnesty. Now citizenship for a price? Why don't we give an immigrant visa to every F1 F2 F3 F4 (Family based visas) applicant who have been doing it the legal way and have waited for so long? Why not approve the petitions of ALL WWII vets for their families to be able to come here and take care of them in their golden years? They served and fought for this country. What has these illegals done for the US? Why reward the illegals and not give the same benefit to those who chose to follow our laws?**

against. it would motivate extra human beings to immigrate here illegally, and that they, too, might assume a course to citizenship. meanwhile, those attempting to immigrate legally may well be made to look as though fools.

YUP. Is it too much to ask to go through proper channels to begin with? And do you know what Mexico's laws are for illegal immigration into their country?

You use some form of the pronoun "they" 14 times in a 386-word document.

You might want to consider that fact and what it says about your real motivations for opposing citizenship.
