Any of the 6 grams of fat or less subs. My favorite is the Subway Club, but you should try several to see which one you like. You can pile it high with veggies and it really fills you up. They also have new healthy sides like apple slices and raisins. I recommend the apple slices for the most filling.

They have them listed with the fat counts. So read the nutrition list before you order.
Have you seen the size of a Subway sandwich? If you are hungry an hour later eat an apple or a banana.
It will take a few days to get your hunger calmed down.
Interestingly enough lunch meats have a surprising amount of sugars in them . Dextrose. My Husband is diabetic so I had to learn those things.

Well, drink only water, eat wholeweat bread with tuna, and no snack. The snack is more cals and fat than the sandwich! P.s id u want to lose 50 lbs I won't recommend eating a subway.Maybe once in a while...but fruits and veggies are the best.

It is stuffed with preservatives and I'm no longer even definite what else, however something with turkey headquartered ham can not be well for you. Mustard and vinegar are healthful, low calorie sauces if you happen to do wish sauce. The olives and banana peppers have top sodium and energy. You picked a well bread option. and the cheese has plenty of energy however is moderately healthful. spinach is a well option. do not consume the avocado, soup, or tuna. YOu do not wish to grasp what is going on with that...

They have a bunch of sandwiches on the menu that are healthy. They're marked with a little running man or a heart. I personally like the veggie delight, or the roast beef.
You can cut your calories by not asking for cheese. You can't really taste it anyway.

Subway has several choices that are heathy. look at the menu that says "7 under 7 grams of fat". you can get lots of veggies and not add lots of calories. just stay away from mayonnaise. get some baked chips and a diet soda or water.

Go with the veggie delight. Subway uses a poor quality of deli meat in their sandwiches.
