Firstly, I would like to say is that not all Christians will go to Heaven. Remember what Jesus will say to the people, i.e. Christians and non-Christians alike? "I never knew you." (Matthew 7:21-23)
Will one have to queue and have a number to talk to Jesus? Definitely not because Jesus who is God can communicate to each one. God is in each one of those in Heaven. Where? In their hearts. They can hear God and God can hear them at the same time. Is that impossible to God? Of course, not. Nothing is impossible to Him.

You are talking about things in physical way. Just think about it. Jesus and his father is not a super cool person with beard and white clothing. It is all higher than our brains can go. Faith is also not something you can save to a hard drive as well as feelings.
God is a power not a human. This is a way to think about it. That is why phones computer and all other earthly thing are not correct to use when talking about God.

Jesus can talk to everyone at once, in all languages. Just like his father can hear all of our prayers at once and still count the hairs on my head and know the fate of every little sparrow... Jesus and his father are multitaskers.
