When I was living in Georgia, my local Whole Foods Market had the best Olive bar. One of my favorite things to purchase were these peeled and separate garlic cloves soaked in olive oil. They were so delic!!! I would eat as is! (lol) I have since moved and tried purchasing jars of garlic but they don't taste as good. My roommate in college used to eat the same thing. She found hers in a jar at some Itailian market...any suggestions...Thanks! - Garlic Craver

actually, most upscale grocery stores DO carry that item- i know because i recently moved and have had to 'refind' all of my favorite items- garlic in jars being one of them. italian delis and groceries are a good place to look, but my neighborhood store carries them as well....be sure to look in the produce section- that's where i generally find mine...if not, look in the olive section.

another option is to look through amazon.com- they actually sell non-perishable items in bulk!

See if you can find Christopher Ranch products. They produce garlic in all kinds of ways, 60 million pounds a year. The are located in Gilroy, Ca, "Garlic Capitol of the World".

You can find garlic in a jar at the supermarket. It should be in the condiment aisle along with the black olives. It you don't see it there, ask someone who works in the market.

Every grocery store carries the Garlic in a jar, and in various formats: whole, crushed, chopped. You have to choose the brand you like. I only use fresh garlic and crush it myself.

often there is a lot of jared garlic in the chinese markets around the U.S. however those are most likely to be in sugar/viniger flavor. I love garlic too, but it gives me a really bad breath, so i dont' eat it that often anymore.

Kroger sells a large jar for about 4.00+ and you can find it near the already packaged lettuce, cabbage and other veggies like carrots. I found mine near the bottom shelf. It is packed in liquid and already chopped. It is d-elicious in sphagetti, tacos, chili etc.
