I find this behavior to be disgusting, and have no problem reminding children, but an adult might be more inclined to knock me out!

I have to disagree with most of the people on here. I have told people that it's disgusting not to wash your hands. "Let them eat their own pee and poop" like the one woman said.....ewww. If they are in a store, they are touching the same things you are touching and spreading their germs to you!
If I have my kids with me, I just tell my kids in a loud voice that "You always wash your hands after you potty so you don't spread nasty germs to other people!" If I don't have my kids with me, I'll look at the offender and say, "It's disgusting not to wash your hands after leaving the restroom. Do you know how many germs you are spreading to other people?"
And the lady with the hand sanitizer.......whatever. If they were going to use hand sanitizer, they would have pulled it out of their purse and used it in the restroom!

I'd just make eye contact with them, look at their hands then back up at their eyes, turn your face into a scowl and say, "Eeeww." Scoff, then walk out after you're finished drying your hands.
If you're with a friend/family member, say loudly to them (as the person's leaving the restroom), "That's digsuting--that nasty woman didn't wash her hands."

You say nothing at all, it isn't your concern. How do you know they don't use the hand sanitizer gel? I don't wash my hand but use my own gel stuff cause sinks are dirty : )
I also wouldn't say anything to children not under my care. I'm not their parent or guardian.

Unless that person is an employee of that particular place of business, you say nothing. It's not your place to reprimand someone elses personal hygiene, however disgusting it may be.

I don't say anything to them but will give them a funny look. Look at um like they stupid.

It is not your place to correct other adults who are not posing an immediate danger to you or to your children.
Say nothing.

it's their choice, just don't touch anything after they have.
