if they left all their children, 3 and under, in an apartment in a foreign place whilst going out to a restaurant? Even if they made out, after the event, that they was checking in on them every half hour.

I believe that if you are going to leave that young of children alone then you should face child endangerment charges and some time in jail. I don't believe that anyone should get away with what happened to that little girl, especially after the parents were offered a sitter and they refused the offer. GOOD LORD PEOPLE!
