There is a "casino" outside of Eagle Pass, on the Kickapoo Indian Reservation. It is called the Lucky Eagle Casino.
The last time I was there they played "22", not blackjack. 2s were 2 or 12 and Aces were 1, it was messed up. The poker play there is soft and full of donks.

I live in Texas and Texas has NOT passed any legalize gambling laws since Billy The Kid rode through here. Now there maybe some casino on Indian land down by Eagle Pass as one poster on here says but I have never heard of it. There are casinos across the state lines into Oklahoma, and Louisiana and when you go there all the cars in the parking lots have Texas tags on them. LOL
