I am having trouble staying awake, and I feel very hazy. Is there anything I can/should eat or do so I can survive the day!?

I took one pill for allergies - but I *never* take medication and I'm feeling very strange!

Not to my knowledge. You just have to wear/sleep it off. I also take benedryl for allergy symptoms but only at night. There are other allergy meds that ate non-drowsy for daytime. It won't hurt you, just make you sluggish for awhile. It's not a good idea to drive or operate tools and machinery while you are reacting rather "slow". Give time, time. And if possible, take a nap.

go into a health shop and find a herbal remedy. the other thing you can do is find out what you are allergic to ,go and ask your doctor for a referral to an allergy clinic
