The pain is normal! I had both of my ACLs (knee)reconstructed it always seemed like the pain was worse at night. I would use a heating pad for about 15 minutes then an icepack 15 minutes alternating for about an hour before bed. I then would use a lot of soft pillows to cushion my leg under and around it keeping it slightly elevated through the night. Try laying slightly elavated so your pressure points are at your lower back instead of closer to your neck and shoulder. Keep a pillow/arm rest under your arm for support so there isnt a lot of weight pulling down from your shoulder. Take your pain medication about 15 minutes before heading to bed.

Yes, this is normal. It's going to take at least four weeks before the pain subsides to where you feel comfortable. Surgery is never easy. When you recover you will be glad you had the procedure.

Yes ofcourse I do accept it not for me but for others especially girls who realy wanted to be look beautiful, I would help all such ppl who need changes in their faces due to this or that reason have made their appearance non attractive. I am still in favor of plastic surgery for needed one but its not in my capacity with the present expenses. May your question become a popular truth for the best interest of humanity. Thank you very much at least you have thout about it.
