I follow it, went to Genesis,Chapter one, verse one and read it, and in my own opinion found it to be blasphemous, what do you think, is it blasphemous?

Genesis Chapter one, verse one:
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Try reading the bible paganmom and then you might know what I'm talking about. There was no idea of God, there was God.

Well I certainly didn't find it biblical. But there are many books and writings that go wholly against the word.
Blasphemous? Wouldn't want to judge a writer on such a terrible sin.
I don't know that a book can be? I thought that blasphemy was more for spiritual matters...though I am really not sure.

Blasphemous? No. Interesting? Yes. It's definitely worth studying into. I have the feeling this is going to be keeping me busy for awhile, knowing me.

Our understanding, such as it is, is way too small to come up with a suitable explanation for the universe's beginnings. Scientists and theologians come up with theories upon theories, but it's all flimsy. We cannot comprehend or understand how it happened without a tete-a-tete with God (whoever He, She, or It, may be).

i think that it makes you think.....honestly life is so confusing when it comes to religion....we just dont know..thats all
