Sorry for reply as this again. It's the same topic about hotel management.

In my opinion, Hotel or tourism business need the people who can use more than 2-3 languages, if you think you can, ok, then let try to propose your resume to the hotel.

In Thailand , There is not much people can even speak English very well. Then the people who can use 3 languages also less and less. But the hotel serve for all countries customers. There is so necessary to have both Thai local people and foreigners.

If you think your qualification is proper, then come, because you may not need only to be just a customer relation officer, indeed you can’t. Because you can’t speak Thai language. Then the proper position for you much be higher than common level.

Anyway good luck

Most hotels in Bangkok seem to use European uppper management. You could try www.amari.com, they seem to use Indian or Pakistani management. And they have 4 hotels in Bangkok and many throughout Thailand.

Good luck
