I mean how do you say it?
I got a friend whos mother is dead!! She is from Belgium and I want to say it in her language!

There is no "Belgian" language. Belgians speak Dutch (the North, Flanders), French (the South, Wallonia) or German (the East, Eupen-Malmedy, Ost-Kantone, Deutschsprachige Gemeinschaft Belgiens).

In Dutch : "mijn welgemeende condoleances" or "mijn welgemeend medeleven"
In French : "mes (plus) sincères condoléances"

"Waarschijnlijk wist je het al, maar ik wou het je toch even melden!" is Dutch.

there's no such language as belgian. The country has two different language communities, French and Flemish. You need to find out which language she speaks. then try a site like
