To line the tire up on the studs when they put the tire on. GO # 24 !!!!!!

I'm with David, go #24 !! Gordon rules. And little E ... leaving teressa in the dust shame on her! SR would never have allowed that to happen. U got the correct answer already just my 2 cents added on TY.
