A run of about 35minutes at a steady pace will give you a good workout & an endurance gain.
Running first thing in the morning is excellent because you're burning fat & not carbs (great if you want to lost weight). It also boosts your metabolism so whatever you eat after will be burnt off quicker (no this doesn't give you permission to have a fry-up when you get back!)
Build it up slowly, start with just 1/2 runs per week & progress at a rate which is comfortable for you. If you're too tired give yourself a rest, & try again the next day.
Good luck!

I recommend determining a distance and increasing it every one or two weeks. Let say you start with 2 miles and then after two week increase it to 3 miles and like that…

For me I have started with 3 Km and it took 25 min at the beginning and then it took only 15 minutes.

I believe it is not about for how long distance or time you run. It what is the best distance or time for you body at a certain time… because when you start running you will get tired and dizzy. But after sometime you body will develop the stamina then you will be able to do much more… after months you will find the distance that you have started with is really silly …. On the other hand if you started running for long distance or long time will hate continue doing it and you will quite after a short time.

I would say enjoy it … don’t stress yourself … Because what really matter is for how many months, years you can continue doing this exercise…

I like to run for 30 to 60 minutes at an easy pace in the morning. Twice a week I will run out half way and turn around running back at harder pace. Once a week usually on Sunday I will do what is called a Long Run. Building past the one hour mark at a conversational pace.

Just like running at any time during the day, it would be great if you could work up to running for an hour. The speed should be comfortable, unless you are preparing for a race. The focus early on is to get a feel for running at that time and physically/mentally "grow" into the activity.
