u had niehgbors that were renting from u and werent following with how many dogs they said that they would have and no more than that?? ~ we this was our situation and kinda still is.
well our nieghbors have been renting from us for like 3yrs. and in the lease it said that they would only have one dog and that would be a rotti. and our pit bull when and got there rotti pregnant 3 times. and they decided to keep 2 males from the first litter. and they fight constintaly. and they have to keep them seperate 24/7. this is y where evicting them(cuz there dog attacks ours). there rotti attacks our chow chow all the time. our chow had 9 bit wounds on her and we brought her to the vet and they said to call the dog catcher and they WERE gonna take the rotti and one od the males cuz they both tried to attack our dog but the rotti was succefull. and now since then they have been trying to hid the dog in there house. and would quickly put her inside if a car drove by. and now were evicting them.

If the dogs are that agressive, it is only a matter of time before a person gets attacked. Most likely a child. I doubt a child would survive. They have loaded weapons in dog form, and are shooting them off regularly.

I would have taken control of the situation LONG before now. Now you own a ruined piece of property, Dog pee is very hard to get out. Good luck renting it out again without lots of renovations/expenses

#1) Neuter YOUR dog.
#2) Expect a lot of damage and cleanup. My son is currently in the process of spending $12,000 for repairs to his house where the renters were raising rotties. And their rental contract said NO PETS - this was a house in another town, being dealt with by a management firm. Not very well dealt with, obviously.
#3) Expect even more damage simply because they are pissed at having been evicted. Hopefully you had some sort of agreement for last month's rent and security deposit because it sounds like you will need every penny of it.
#4) Do not allow dogs in the rental in the future.

First off you can evict them for break in contract (too many dogs). Second call the city's animal control. Report of aggressive/dangerous animals especially with attacks will be taken away or the owners can be heavily fined. It doesnt matter if they hide the dogs indoors animal control will come in and investigate. Either way go through the city/courts to make sure things are done legally.

Confusing is putting it mildly.

When the pups were old enough to be placed the 1st litter, they should've spayed her then. You knew they kept 2 pups from a litter? And are just now evicting them! You should've made them place them in homes by 10 wks of age or move out!

You do need to take a little more responsibility with your unaltered male also.

OK this was a bit confusing but I think I have the picture. Yes you should evict them. They have broken their lease with you by keeping too many dogs.
If you wanted to know if your doing the right thing then yes. You have to protect your property and your dogs.

Call Animal Control or the Humane Society and report them. You can do it anonomously if you want. You should also contact the Housing Tribunal and get the paperwork started on evicting them.

My head hurts from trying to read what you wrote.

Please capitalize letters at the beginning of sentences. 'There' does not refer to ownership, 'there' is a place. 'Their' refers to ownership, so say 'their rotti'. 'Successful' is spelled as you see it here. I before E except after C and in words like 'neighbor' and 'weigh'. It is not proper to begin a sentence with the word 'and'; it is meant to tie two thoughts (sentences) together. 'Constantly' is spelled as you see here. The words 'we are' are contracted to become 'we're', not 'where' or 'were'.

They broke the lease when they decided to keep two of the litter. You could have evicted them that same week, before your chow dog was even attacked.

If you want others to respect and understand what you're saying, you need to learn to communicate it properly.

Good luck!

Spaying and neutering (yours and theirs), would have prevented the whole situation in the first place.

I think it is your fault too, because it was your dog who got their dog pregnant. And twice! You should supervise your dog better or neuter him, if you don't want puppies.
