i need to see a new physio please help what shal i do kal my doctors?

your doctor's office could recommend a physical therapist. Also the local hospital will be able to recommend a physical therapy clinic.

Look in yellow pages or yell.com for physio's who are registered where you live. Find a good one and it's 6 weeks quicker than waiting for the NHS if you go to your doctor.

Yeah, go and see your Doctor. He/She can refer you to a physiotherapist at a local hospital.
Probably some waiting time - so do not delay.
