Yes, I have had that experience, and it is beyond any kind of reasonable description. I don't have very much available 'time' right now, so I will try to give a short version for now.

It's like literally 'Being' everything, everywhere, all at the same time. One is 'Aware' in a way that makes 'awareness' as we usually describe it seem like being in a coma. And the most stunning thing of all is that if one wants to 'see' or experience anything in more 'detail' all one has to do is 'focus' on that and one becomes that.

'Distance' ( space ) no longer has meaning, and neither does 'time', All and Everthing opens up to you in ways not possible in the physical realm.

That is realy quite an inadequate account, but I hope it gives some idea.

No I don't do drugs, never have. I was a teenager in the sixties, so it wasn't that the possibility passed me by, I just 'knew' that wasn't my 'path'.

I had a whale of a time. I floated around for a bit until I felt sick, and then I vomitted all over the Moon. Then I went for a spin around Mars, followed by a trip over to Alpha Centauri. Got back late last night. A bit jet lagged, but I'm a lot younger!

I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but do you seriously believe in all the new-age spiritualism rubbish?

How to you think you go 'astral projecting'? What's more likely,
a) your spirit, which is something you cannot define, cannot point to and cannot prove, leaves your body and flies off in the aether or
b) you enter a semi-hypnotic state where because you want an out-of-body experience, your brain convinces you that you are indeed out of your body.
