they are both correct with better being used for two,being the comparative form of the adjective,and best for more than two,being the superlative form of the adjective and more and most are used correspondingly

the first sentences are correct, as for the second one,
"whick book do you like more"

They're all ok. Use best/most if you have more than two. Use better/more when comparing two.

On a purely grammar-stickler note, "most" and "more" are correct.
I have to say, "better" sounds better, though.
