Arch Pain / Heel Pain
DESCRIPTION
Over-pronation, or flat feet, is a common biomechanical, problem that occurs in the walking process when a person's arch collapses upon weight bearing. This motion can cause extreme stress or inflammation on the plantar fascia, possibly causing severe discomfort and leading to other foot problems. Without properly supported arches, even walking can pull the body out of alignment and cause painful stress, strain, and fatigue of the lower extremities.
HOW TO RECOGNIZE IT
Pain or fatigue in your arch, heel, knee, leg, or lower back.

I've also started experiencing foot pain and understand the need to wear heels but be comfortable at the same time. I have found the gel inserts help to some degree. However, I also I plan to look into Cole Haan heels with Nike Air technology and Taryn Rose heels, which were designed by a foot doctor.

I always wear heels and only certain ones hurt. You can find a good comfortable heel, it's just a matter of finding it... Target has the jelly soles for heels. I would suggest buying some & it may help you. I love Steve Madden brand heels, they are a little more pricey but it is a great shoe.
Hope this helps! :)

I NEVER wear heals. Heels were invented by a man, a man who didn't care that it would give women back problems and other pain as long as it looks good.
