its going to be my project show car. i need the alarm to have a great security that can notify me when my car is being tampered with or something is touching it. pretty much a good alarm that has everything from keyless entry to engine starter to car tracking.

I would suggest pretty much any alarm produced by DEI (Viper, Python, Hornet, Clifford) and along with that have it installed by a certified dealer( or at least by someone MECP certified).
My roommate and I did his girlfriends 95 s14 just recently. A Python system key less, security,remote start, prox. sensor, and window mods. Excellent system!
The DEI two-way pager systems require no subscrition what so ever, Installation and go.

Go to your local Audio shop and get VIPER Alarm System. I've had this in all of the cars that I own and it's a solid system. It's costly but it's worth the money.

I'm sure you will find just waht your looking for at Crutchfield dot Com. But pager alarms you have to suscribe to a service so your car talks to your phone or pager. When you really get into your car you don't let out of your sight anyway.
