The speed of light is never mentioned in the Bible. There is a poetic reference to distances travelled in an attempt to "escape" God, but with the ultimate discovery that all such attempts are futile: God cannot be escaped.

I think you're referring to Psalm 139:7-12.
"7 Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence?
8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.
11 If I say, "Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,"
12 even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you."
Of course, this doesn't actually reference the speed of light, or even the concept that light moves. It only states that one cannot escape God as one can escape light. Assuming that near light travel is possible, the inference here is that God travels at least as fast as light.

Matthew 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Now this is Jesus but it does give his speed of approach as being = to C

i've read the Bible till Psalms , and if i didn't miss it, the only part where God describes the creations that vividly in details would be in Genesis and Job, but i dont remember seeing the speed of light mentioned thus far.

I don't believe it's there because you can't get away from God. He is all knowing and He is everywhere. To not walk in the light is walking in darkness that's about as far "away" from God as you can get.

You're referring to some code adding up to the measure of the speed of light: 186,282...... right?

GOD is light.
If you travel darkness, then you are away from GOD.
