Love at any age is love, no matter if you are 4 11 or 44. It is just the older you get the idea of love changes. So loving someone at 11 may or may not change as you get older.
DO NOT let anyone tell you that you can not fall in love at 11

i think that you fall in love at any age.... its more that circumstances change. If you didnt know.. Majority of relationships (i.e married couples and stuff) are high school sweethearts... they may not have stuck together the whole time but they end up finding each other again. I think dating should start whenever really.. you are never too young... lol.. my 1st date was in year 1.. when i told this girl i liked her.. and then yeh it was like 1 little date thing and that was it.. but you never know wot may happen...

I'd say like 16 at earliest... what she's feeling isnt love its puberty!!! If she hasn't "gotten it" yet my guess is she will very soon!! At that age your hormones rage... does she have a lot of mood swings like happy one minute and angry the next? also an other sign.
If she starts dating now, odds are that things will excalate into something thats not good for a pre-teen. Not saying that she'll do it 'cause she's that kinda girl but just that if she's in a compromising situation, her hormones are likely to take over. Please for the sake of not raising the stats of teen pregnancy, don't let your parents say that its ok!!

Anyone can fall in love at anytime, but the thing is not everyone can differentiate what love is from just infatuation. 11 yr olds don't have that much experience so even though it is possible, it's extremely unlikely to fall in love at that age.
And I think it's ok to start dating when you're mature enough to handle it.

You can not fall in love at 11 years old. There is not enough maturity there to understand what love is. She has a crush on this boy. That means that she likes him a lot!!
