this is not normal. You can apply an ice pack to the area of the injection for ten minutes At a time. This may take away the pain. If not you should see your medical doctor as soon as possible.

No. Let your doctor know you are experiencing this. The injection is given inter muscular - the soreness maybe the way the injection was given.
