It's sweet but not in all circumstances unfortunately...

The sentence would go:
Todo lo que necesitas es....
- all you need is life long love (amor de por vida)
- all you need is forbiden love (amor prohibido)
- all you nedd is lofe for Vido (amor por Vido - a person)
- all you need is love for video (the medium)
Cant think of more possibly reasonable comboes

Maybe what you wanted to be translated was:
"Todo lo que necesitas es amor prohibido", and like somebody already said, it is translated as follows:
"All you need is forbidden love."

Well to start "vido" isn't a word in Spanish, could be a name dough, if so and what you are telling us is the name of s novel or a book then means "All that you need is love" by Vido"

mmm the last 2 words are wrong...it would be: todo lo que necessitas es amor de por vida.
and it means: all you need is love in all your lifetime.
it's an spanish expression that doesn't have a translation, so that is the most aproximated translation.

You might have misspelled it, or maybe that's just how it was spelled, but there is no word in Spanish like that. You probably mean "vida" which is life. Therefore, the translation would be "All you need is life-long love."
