First off I must say do not use the spray on sunblock. It is terrible.

Now then, I have bad sunburn on my face from being in the sun for 8 hours yesterday. I have my back and shoulders taken care of with aloe vera gel, but is it okay to use that on my face? I'm afraid of it being too greasy for my face. If it is, should I just put my normal moisturizer on? If you have any tips for helping the face, let me know.

You're fine to use aloe vera gel on your face, but I'd recommend you spot check it first. I've used aloe vera on my face before when I've had a sunburn without any averse effects. Good to consider, though, that the skin on your face may be more sensitive, so you should apply a bit of aloe to your cheek or forehead first, and then wait 15 minutes or so to make sure you don't have any reaction.
