find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Deep squats. stand straight back straight. bend your knees until your bottom is almost on the ground then stand up straight again. Repeat try sets of ten until you can do more. It will burn the extra off the area you are describing. I would recommend you stretch first and also include some additional full body exercises.

hello, i does no longer say that length is considerable, as that's complicated to place a "favourite" label on human beings whilst all and sundry has a diverse build and bone shape. What i will inform you although is that a healthy weight for somebody of your height is everywhere from 9st 2lbs to 12st a million, so as long as you're eating nicely and between those 2 figures then your physique Mass Index is superb and you're seen to be "favourite". wish that enables! :)

You can't choose where you lose weight. Your body decides that with no input from you. Exercise will help tone muscle, but no one will see it is there's a thick layer of fat over it.
