Yes it is not good.
But u know hair fall is a natural process, old hairs fall and new ones come but if growth rate is slow then it is problem.
Precautions is better than medicine.
Wash your head at arrival from office with a little sampoo.
Have good diet.(Eat more apples (with its cover) + milk)
Apply Sunfolwer hair oil on weekends.
and don't use unregistered hair oils.
It would work.

Anis........sorry, I've never heard that name before? Is it a male or female's name?
To stop hair loss, the first thing you must do is see a dermatologist. The sooner, the better. If stress, pregnancy, malnuitrition, styling abuse, medication, thyroid disorder, or autoimmune disease aren't diagnosed, then the doctor will probably prescribe Rogaine (or, for men, Propecia).
For both genders, hair replacement therapy has been proven effective. Also, a recent article in Men's Health noted that dandruff shampoos help regrow hair to a limited degree, as do lazer combs recently developed in Sweden.
But again, you should see a dermatologist. He or she will know what to do.

You are meant to lose between 50-100 hairs a day. Long hair can make this seem like a lot more than it is. But if you're pretty sure that it's more than that, make sure you get a good diet.
Treat your hair well, dying or striaghteneing it can be a factor in hair loss.
If it's very extreme, go to a clinic like AShley & Martin where they can assess your hair and recommend drastic treatments to halt or even reverse hair loss.
You can also buy products like Rogaine from your pharmacy, so ask your pharmacist if its suitable.

Visit a hair consultant. They are the specialists. They can help you to solve your hair problem with the suitable medicine and instruction. Watch out on your diet also, unhealthy diet can cause hair fall also. Avoid taking food that is too oily, salty (esp. food that contain MSG *monosodium glutamate), moderate and balance your food intake.
