I agree with Dan that rest is very important. I know that's hard to do when you are feeling pressured. Take a hot bath every night to relax your body and help release the stress you are feeling. This helps a lot. swimming is great for your body and releasing stress. If you can swim every day that will help. Take Advil tablets three times daily to stop the pain in your head.

If you can get a massage that would really help you deal with the stress. Even if a friend can massage you that would help.

Best wishes,

Why have you waited until the last minute to do the projects? If you would have started them sooner you would not be under so much pressure. I know that just being in school and trying to get good grades is pressure enough, so you shouldn't have added to that. You might can ask your parents for help to finish your projects. You should get enough rest and you shouldn't be on the Internet if you have so much work to be finished. I wish you lots of luck on your finals.

Be sure to get enough sleep first of all. Also, when I was in school and had a ton to do first make of list of everything that needs to be done. Once you do that methodically step by step complete what you need to do. Most stress comes from the fear that whatever you want to accomplish won't meet your highest standards. When under pressure I would forget about that, just do my best, and get what needed to be finished accomplished. Then if I had time go back and revise it and make it the best time allowed.

Also if possible, I'd recommend exercise and also doing something you like during the day, taking a break from your work like going to Starbucks or something if you like coffee something like that to reward yourself.
