Well, in relation to my general knowledge, I presume one can get his/her own product to be certified with a bar code through the Bureau of Standards or the ISO offices, where they will even assess the quality of your product.

You can generate a bar code using the Excel work sheet wherein you need to design your layout and download the free eof9 font. The details are as under:-
