Being environmentalist, we mainly concern with the the environmental effects of energy sources. But what if its not economically feasible.

Please guide me if anyone has gone through any such report.

Below is a link to a pretty good report produced by the Royal Academy of Engineering to address exactly this question: What are the costs per unit energy of the various technologies that are present today. As far as I can tell it seems to be exactly the kind of thing you're looking for.
