my mum cuts my hair and i would like a mohawk i tell her but she just does the allround short and top long but i want in blended. i dont want a big emo mohawk just a short stylish mohawk so how do i tell my mum how to blend it

1st section off the hair...part you hair on both sides down your head however wide you want the mohawk to be, make sure your part is straight on both sides...
clip the hair out of the way that you don't want to cut, this also keeps your part straight...
shave the sides...
if you want the mohawk to be a certain height, use the guards on the clippers, start with the biggest guard first, that way if you want it shorter you can go shorter because once it's gone, it's gone!!!

Really what you should do, and my mom did this for me, is grow your hair about 2 inches long in the middle. Then, buzz the sides off till the thickness of your mohawk is exactly how you want it. Then spike it up. If you need to go to church or a wedding or something you can comb it to the side; this looks really good when its a huge mohawk.

Mohawks are pretty expeienced to amke. I would go to a salon just for this one time and have it cut. Or call up your local hair cutting place and ask for tips on how to do it. If it gets messed up, remember its just hair, it'll grow back

use a number one for razor and sheer everything cept ur top hawk and use scissors for sculpting the top ..finish with a product called Spike or inexpensive gel that has number 8 and up for stay put power Good LUCK
