Why do they dedicate every second of every day arguing about something they don't believe in??? I don't believe in horoscopes but didn't sit there all day long and argue against them. What are atheists hiding??? If there is no God, and the universe, the earth, the moon, the sun, the stars, and all life on earth all came along completely by chance then you've got nothing to worry about right? RELAX!

Again, like Atheists have said before. Crazy fanatical religious peoples are making big decisions for our world (very bad ones). This is just one way to enlighten others to the fact that we have got to take care of our world and it's precious people without a God telling us to kill each other based on religion or any other reason.
Many religious people are scared. They're scared of not getting it right while they're here. What if they don't pray enough? What if they don't tithe enough? What if they don't kill enough people in the name of their God?
Atheists are scared too. They're scared that people will never get past their religion enough to see the major problems of the world today. Think about it. If a fraction of Theists would stop focusing on what they can do for God and start focusing on what they can do for humanity, this world would be a better place...and faster too.
Just to clarify: They aren't bitter, they're funny as all get out.

Of questions that I have asked in the past, although I must admit that I print them in a way to ensure I get answers by adding in bait, I have found that believers are just as bitter and they fall for the bait every time just as the atheists do. Neither of them are worse or better than the other when it comes to getting uptight frustrated angry and also I must say understanding and compassionate too, it's pretty even both in both the good and bad department

I'm neither bitter nor in any way uptight. However when religionists make ridiculous and unsupportable statements it is only right and proper that a counter argument is given otherwise they might think we agree with them. Perhaps things get a bit heated because idiotic religionists keep telling atheists that they're "sinners" or "going to hell" etc etc. In fact many religionists are guilty of just the kinds of things you accuse the atheists of doing.

So, in a totally non-bitter and relaxed way:-
+ There is no God
+ religion is mind control and wishful thinking and has no bearing on the reality of the world around us
+ Creationism/Intelligent Design is a work of fantasy
+ Heaven, hell, satan and an afterlife are figments of the imagination
+ The age of the Earth and of the Universe is numbered in the billions of years

I could continue the list but I doubt you'll bother reading it because your mind is closed - or perhaps even brainwashed - so I'll leave you in your fantasy world with your imaginery friend.

By the way, It is completely mind simulating to be writing an answer during the commercial break :P.

Every second of the day?

I'm spending most of today working on my model railway, thank you very much.

I'm not bitter...
Amazed, astonished, resigned, certainly at some of the views I encounter in philosophy and religion.

And a good number of those views insist they are ultimate truth and wish to declare my condemnation. I decline to let those have a completely free run, as though my silence gave assent.

Horoscope believers don't discriminate against the non-believers and push their beliefs and laws.

I recommend you watching this and understand why atheists SHOULD and must take action and not, as you put it, relax:

The same can be said of anyone, of any religion, who lashes out against other beliefs. What you describe is by no means limited to atheism, nor is it any more common among atheists than any other group.

"Bitter" would be a misinterpretation. It's because religion tries to enforce itself upon our everyday lives. We'd be perfectly happy and keep to ourselves if the separation of church and state was defended, if the pious stopped intruding in everyone's sex lives and basic freedoms, and retarding science education, and sending planes into skyscrapers, etc.

Plus we're a little tired of being treated as freaks or pariahs, and being confused with moral relativism, nihilism, communism, the works.

We WOULD have nothing to worry about...if theists knew how to keep their faith to themselves. Instead, they incessantly try to force them on us, so we push back. You guys brought it on yourselves, so don't complain.

You don't argue all day long against horoscopes, but realize that people who believe in horoscopes aren't trying to pass laws that make you have to follow them. That's more than can be said for theists.

The day all the blue laws are repealed, and you guys stop trying to force your beliefs on everyone else...is the day we stop bothering you about your silly beliefs. So, what's it going to be?

I'm not bitter or uptight...of course I'm not the one condemning all non-believers to hell...and I don't spend my day arguing about something I don't believe in....this just happens to be the funniest place on the internet right now.....
