Okay here is the question. Applicant wants to renew his US Passport. The problem is, applicant reacquired Philippine Citizenship, making applicant a dual citizen. According to US Passport Renewal Application, if applicant has performed certain acts, such as acquiring another nationality, they have to attach supplementary explanatory statement under oath attesting to his other citizenship.
