Yes tell me about it I felt numerous times till today non stop. But as a mother I feel so useless not able to take her pain away when she is sick. Well looks like when we choose to be a mother we are indirectly a very emotional person. I never can be peaceful if my child is sick, Apart from worrying and taking care of her I can' t do anything else. Than I have to worry about taking leave and being with her as most employer will not understand. If I stop working than it will never going to be easy for us.. Life has to go on and our child will always need our love and support. Is it complicated?????

I did the same thing with my son but I got so Scared that I ended up taking him to the hospital. I told them he had that shot they ran all the test and it was from the shot. I know how much it hurts to see you baby boy in pain, just give him as much love as you can. IF he gets to warm what you should do is put him in a little short Sleeve body suite and keep covers over him so if he gets to hot he can cool down by taking off the blanket. Clod rag help and cold baths. Just do the best you can he will be OK . Just try yo keep his temp down the best you can

when my baby girl was 13 months she got a really bad stomach bug, we ended up at the ER b/c she was dehydrated and we couldn't break the fever. They went to stick her with an IV needle and her veins collapsed. I personally hate needles, and there was nothing i could do for her but hold her and try to calm her down (i was crying the whole time) while they tried 3 more times before they finally got an IV in.

Always felt like that when my child was sick. And it doesn't stop - my "little boy" is now 15, and was sick a few months ago with a very bad virus, and I kept wishing I would take that high fever and all his suffering from him. He gets migraines on occasion, as well, and knowing what he's going through is always hell for me. They just have our hearts!

I'd be either at the urgent care clinic or emergency room instead on the computer if my child had a high fever a week after a shot.

That is understandable-however, please get him to the dr. asap-er if needed. A high fever one week after chicken pox vaccine, not something to mess around with. Do you have any infant tylenol or motrin for him? That will help with the fever, but definitely get him to the dr asap!!!! Take care.

I merely look at it like, whilst my infants are older i'll nevertheless be youthful and that i will nevertheless bypass come across the international and have all that relaxing i choose! My husband and that i by that element would be greater settled in existence and comprehend precisely what we'd like so there will be no limits! i'm getting to bypass out each and every now and back, yet its merely no longer the comparable as whilst i grow to be 18, so as that makes it greater convenient reason i might fairly bypass do something quite relaxing with my infants and then perhaps bypass to dinner and a movie with merely my husband and thats reliable sufficient for me now!

most parents wish they could feel the pain instead of their kids. when my daughter had an allergic reaction to amoxicillon and was running a 103.6 fever and a rash all over her body. i cried with her. i was up all night watching over her even when she finally slept. you are not alone and you are a great mother for feeling that way. have faith. it will pass
