Honestly it would be cheaper just to go out and buy a whole one rather than do the conversion. There are so many things that need to be changed that the cost for parts alone will burn a hole right through your wallet.

Sell the auto, and go buy the standard. You will be much better off and stand to loose alot less money

Not only do you have to have the gear box but also the wiring harnesses and pedals a different Engine Control Module is used on the 5 speed. My best answer would be trade the 1.8 liter SE Sentra for SER Spec V 2.5 175 HP six speed car.
