Meditation, exercise to relieve tension & release endorphins, prayer, counseling, anti-depressent medications, massage, accupressure or accupuncture.
I've been in that situation & the irony was that the worry was preventing me from doing what I needed to do so some of my worst fears materialized.
Seriously consider counseling. Explain your situation & state your goals. You can learn new ways of thinking & how to meditate. Do not be upset if some medications are suggested to help you immediately as you learn ways to cope.
You can find counseling resources at school & through employee assistance programs at work.

Sounds like you are so keyed up. I recommend a holiday at a National Park with lots of wild things to help you get tuned back into life.
Oh! If you are a woman just don't go while in that time of month, or you may get more of a shock treatment then you deserve.

Meditation.
If you don't know how, just turn off the lights, close your eyes. Stretch your muscles and clear your mind.
