A doggie daycare or vets. Any business other than those two that deal with the public have no business having pets brought to work. Too many people are afraid, allergic, or plain don't like animals. I worked next door to a law firm that the lawyers brought 3 of their dogs to work. The reception area and lobby was so dog haired, I wouldn't sit. During the meeting one dog was let in and out several times - interrupting the meeting which was charged for on a time basis and the interruption was quite annoying. I love animals, but in almost all businesses they have no business being in the work place.

Very few. A beauty salon, no, it may be against health and sanitation laws.
A receptionist, maybe, if the owner of the co is an animal lover, but not likely.Cound be a distraction.
My vet does allow employees to bring their pets to work.
Sorry.
Good luck.

Yes any dog place should allow you to do that. The only really professional place that i know lets you do that and is like an important firm lawyers thing is in new york. Actually a lot of places in new york let you do that. Some just let the dogs wonder throughout the office and they even give you breaks and let you and your dog take time of to go to a lower level of the office another floor and do pilates or yoga together with your dog. I saw it on like animal channel or something like that.

I saw on TV once that the people working in a Pedigree (A dog food brand) office all brought their dogs in. And if it can keep clear of other dogs, a receptionist job at a vet maybe?

Most regulated occupations like beauty or food service will have health codes that prohibit it.
Any others just depends entirely on the attitude of the owner and whether they want dogs there or not.

Proberly any job that has to do with dog shouldn't mind.
like Kristi said.
but not all places are guaranteed.
maybe because they think you'llpay attention to your dog instead of the paying customers dog...for example.
hope i helped and good luck!
