OK, it is depression, but there are a number of things you can do. First, get away from the computer; limit your time on it. Studies have shown that too much time on the computer can lead to depression. Next, you must get some exercise, at least 3--60 minutes about five times a week. Go walking with your kids. Exercise will increase positive blood flow to the brain and will help enormously. Also, get evaluated for low thyroid, which can lead to depression and sleeping a lot. This is especially important if you have gained weight, are overweight, or if your hair or skin look dull and lifeless. You also need to practice good sleep hygiene, which means going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time, even if you don't feel like it. This will help settle you down and calm you. The imaginings are in part because you are sleep deprived. I would also ask your husband if you snore, because you may have sleep apnea. Staying off the computer, getting exercise and going to sleep/rising at the same time are all free - they don't cost any money. If you try these things and still have problems in three weeks, you MUST see a doctor for a physical. Make this a priority.

Usually when a person suffers from depressions, it something deep down that is the cause of the depression. You could spend money and talk with a professional about "your" feelings or you can try and sort things out in your on mind. You know you better than any doctor would. Theres only so much that we show people about ourself. You need to take time out and spend it by yourself to evaluate YOU. Ask yourself if you know why the depression started? If you come up with several answers, then evaluate each one and see which one weighs heavier than all of them. Once you figure out the root of your depression, you will be able to eventually come out of it. Not saying that this is going to change of night, but in due time it will. I'm not sure if you are a religious person or if you believe in one god or many. But what ever you put your faith in and ask for the Most High to help you in your time of need, you will come to see your way out. Its all really mind over matter. I hope this helps you and I wish you the best of luck. Remember if things seems bad for you in your situation or situations, remember there is someone out there with problems and situations worst than yours and you could probably help them from your experience. Take care.

To tell you the truth, I think you are perfectly normal!!!! I think that most everybody feels as you do most of the time. Maybe a little more comunication between those around you, keeping in mind that they may be feeling the same feelings that you are feeling! You may encounter some resistance to a dialoge obout certain issues you want to disscuse, but keep in mind that everyone may not be to the point of realization as you are. A little gentle persuasion might be in order.

You are describing about a half a million people. Most of us are trying to help out with problems and seeing if we can find solutions for our own while we are at it.

You are going to the mat with out seeing what you have to fight.

Your senses are so keyed up I recommend a holiday at a National Park with lots of wild things to help you get tuned back into life.

Oh! Just don't go in that time of month, or you may get more of a shock treatment then you deserve.

Force yourself to go for a walk everyday. Exercise is the cheapest form of Anti-depressant. I can relate to the movie/fantasy situation playing in my head. Take time out for yourself, ie..not sleeping during the day. If you think he is cheating, hack his email. It's what I did.

keep in touch

Just relax & trust yourself that you have the power to handle this situation. Think this as a challenge in your life.

Remember depression can affect your health. Are u still willing to take care of your children? think twice, then if so. Do your best to combat this state of depression.

I believe esch one of us has undergone this stage & it's up to us on how to handle this kind of situation.

you are seriously depressed, and if you can't afford it, you MUST go anyway to the Dr. You could be a danger to yourself and your family. There is not a choice 1 and a choice 2. The only choice is to go to a Dr, starting with a family Dr, tell him everything as you did on here and tell him to refer you to help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Call the office first thing tomorrow or go to a walk-in clinic. Remember you are doing this for your kids as well as yourself.

it sounds to me like you should do research on ocd and anxiety attacks and see if your symptoms fit the problem
